PIECES OF MOLLY
Pieces Of Molly are a four-piece rock 'n' roll band from Christchurch, delivering high-octane, riff-driven music that's equal parts Motörhead attitude and AC/DC swagger. Blending gritty garage rock with classic hard rock influences, they've earned a reputation as one of New Zealand's most electrifying live acts.
Fronted by Ewen Glasgow, alongside Doug Stewart, Sam Kubiak and Kurt Fleming, the band have spent more than a decade honing their sound through relentless touring and explosive live performances. Their self-titled debut album, released in 2022, spawned the NZ Hot 20 singles "I Don't Wanna" and "Dead Sky", earning praise for capturing the raw energy and intensity of their live show.
Known for thunderous riffs, blistering guitars and an uncompromising rock 'n' roll spirit, Pieces Of Molly have shared the stage with acts including The Datsuns, Anvil and Orange Goblin, establishing themselves as one of Aotearoa's leading modern hard rock bands.
SKITCH HIKER
Skitch Hiker are an Auckland three-piece whose sound fuses the crushing weight of Black Sabbath, the grit of Soundgarden and the timeless swagger of Led Zeppelin into something distinctly their own. Formed in 2020 by Jonathan Ashwell, Luke Dickens and Chops McWatters, the band balance thunderous riffs and soaring melodies with dark, sardonic humour and thought-provoking lyricism.
With a reputation for powerful live performances and a growing catalogue of heavy, groove-driven releases—including their self-titled debut EP and the acclaimed single "Slippery, Wet Handshake"—Skitch Hiker have quickly become one of Auckland's rising names in modern hard rock. Their music blends classic influences with a fresh, uncompromising energy that's built for the stage.
